Shipping

Do you ship Internationally?

At this time unfortunately we do not offer International shipping, but watch this space! We hope to offer this in the future.

Will you sign my paperback books?

All paperbacks are personally signed by the author. You can personalize the autograph by adding a note with correct spelling at checkout. If no note is added at checkout, the book will arrive autographed only. 

When will I get my order?

Most orders will be received within 6 to 8 weeks, however please be patient as Carian signs and packs all orders personally.

Returns

Can I return my items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Oh no! My item has arrived damaged

If a book is defective or if you receive the wrong title or format, we will evaluate the issue and make it right on a case by case basis.

Please reach out to us here within 7 days of recieving your purchase and we will work with you to find a solution. Please note if your item is damaged during shipping, you will have to go through USPS to file a claim.
